Tommy is 3 Years Old!

 I posted about Tommy's party but not about Tommy turning 3. 

He chose Chick-fil-a for his birthday dinner. Love those waffle fries! Love that Batman vest!

 He also got to play in the Play Place! Great family celebration!

 So let's talk about Tommy.  He is definitely his father's son.  I have so many pictures of them sleeping side by side.  They are such cute sleepers. 

 They also shovel snow together.  Seriously Dada needs some help with all that snow.  Good thing Tommy can help out, huh?

 Tommy's newest hobby is playing dress up.  Check out Dusty Crophopper zooming by!

 Oh Tommy.  The story behind this picture... So Tommy went to sleep and within a half hour, he was already up crying saying he needed new jammies.  I turn the light on and he had somehow twisted around the top half of his PJs so they were zipped up the back.  How in the heck? It was kind of incredible. 
He definitely has his father's imagination.  He has weird dreams.  One time when we woke him up for school, he stood up and said, "I am the KING!"  Who knows what that dream was about.  He also has woken up crying about bugs.  Poor kid. 

He is also starting to ask lots of questions, which is great.  He's inquisitive.  But most of the questions are about peepees.  "What color is Donald's peepee?" I don't know what started that.  Probably potty training. 

 Tommy, you are at that perfect age where you are so funny when you mean to be and often when you don't.  I decided to try and ask you the same questions every year starting this year to see how your answers change.  You were very patient with me even though you had no interest in this project WHATSOEVER. Here are your answers below... I put my words in parentheses.  My favorite answer is the last one, of course. 

1. What is your favorite color? Orange

2. What is your favorite toy? Dinosaur

3. What is your favorite fruit? Apples

4. What is your favorite tv show? Mickey

5. What is your fave movie? Mickey and the Goor  (I think he means Gorilla)

6. What is your favorite thing to wear? I wanna wear a jumbo jet.

7. What is your favorite animal? Dogs

8. What is your favorite song? Chicken dance

9. What is your favorite book? The one with a dolphin (We don't actually have a book with a dolphin in it)

10. Who is your best friend? Dada  (Awww)

11. What is your favorite snack? Veggie straws and pretzels (This is the straight truth.  If he could eat this for every meal, he would.)

12. What is your favorite drink? Water (Seriously? It's not chocolate milk?) No!

13. What is your favorite breakfast? (Pop tarks?) Nooooooooooo, cereal.

14. What is your favorite lunch? (Do you like chicken nuggets? Hot dogs??)  No, haaaammm!!!! (No clue where that came from.  He actually sang it.) 

15. What is your favorite dinner? (How about tacos? Spaghetti??) A fire truck!

16. What is your favorite game? Hungry Hungry Hippos

17. What is your favorite thing to play outside? I don't know. 

18. What is your favorite holiday?  Christmas!!!

19. What do you sleep with at night? Scout, Scooby, Rex, Fluffy, Armadillo

20. What do you want to be when you grow up? A teacher and my friends will be goats.
