Tommy's First Friend Party

Ever since we went to the trampoline park in Florida, Tommy decided that he wanted to have a trampoline park birthday party.  Little did we know that we were getting one in Lafayette.  It worked out too perfectly so birthday number 5 was spent at Elite Air!

The kids were ready to head to the party!!

Tommy, being that he's Tommy, wanted to invite everyone in his preschool class and a couple in the other class too.  We invited 14 kids! What were we thinking?? Lucky for us, only 6 RSVP-ed.
Out of the 6 that RSVP-ed, 3 of them had siblings in Charlotte's class and since they were 2, they were free!  So that worked out really well for Charlotte too! The kids had a BLAST!

Tommy and Charlotte loved it and so did Mama and Dada!

It was so cool seeing Tommy play with his friends from school.  Tommy and Anvith chased each other around.

They slid down the trampoline slides.

Just like this!

The little sisters enjoyed playing with the big kids.

Here are some clips of the party.  They are hilarious.  Especially Charlotte jumping into the foam pit.  I love how she looks at the worker.  Too funny.

An hour and a half of jumping is quite exhausting.  Connor, Tommy, Cooper, and Charlotte were starting to crash.

 Little sister selfie!

It was time for cake.  I made some super awesome milk/egg/nut-free strawberry cupcakes with chocolate chips and chocolate frosting.  Tommy blew out the candle and said, "No, thanks."  Are you kidding me?? They were really good, I promise! He wasn't interested.

I made turkey sandwiches and regular yellow cake cupcakes too.  The kids snacked but they were really ready to open presents.

Little sisters, Charlotte and Sloan, really enjoyed their cupcakes.  I mean, come on, they were PINK!

I think Charlotte is telling me how many cupcakes she had that day.  Ha!

Finally Tommy got to open his presents.  His friends got him some awesome presents.  It was too cute.  Legos, a light saber, a remote control car, spiderman, all kinds of great stuff.  Tommy was so excited.  Opening presents was total chaos.  But it was so cool.  They were adorable.  You can see most all the party goers here: Tommy, Owen, Logan, Cooper, Anvith and Mallori.  I think Noah is the only one missing from this picture.

When it was time to go home, Charlotte was NOT happy.  Neither was Tommy but Charlotte had no nap so she was losing her mind.

Tommy was just plain ol' sad.  It was over and he wanted to keep jumping.  Poor guy.  But he had a really awesome party and wonderful day.  Happy 5th birthday, Thomas Michael!
