Charlotte's Big Girl Bed

For Charlotte's birthday present, we got her a brand new... ROOM!

 She got a big girl bed and new bedding.  We also finally hung her pictures on her walls. Can you see two little stinkers pretending to be asleep?

 This is her before picture.  It was in sad shape.  We had transferred everything over from the old room (probably about a year ago!!!!!) and didn't do anything else.  All her wall hangings were stored laying on the floor beside her crib.  Poor thing!

She is really excited about her new room, let me tell ya.  She has Zootopia sheets, Aurora on her wall, and a purple bedspread.  She is excited! She is finally queen of her castle. :-)

After School Photo Shoot

The kids were playing on our bed so I decided to have an impromptu photo shoot.

 I have a LOT of pictures like this.  She's still working on sitting up so when it's on an uneven surface with a 3 year old constantly jumping, she would crash right over every 5 minutes. 

 They are such goobers.  Love it. 

I see my future here.  She is a fierce one, huh?? :)

Bath Time, Bed Time

 I took this picture during bath time for both babes.  Both kids were enjoying their baths that night! Hooray! 

After that, it was bedtime. Those are actually Tommy's old jammies that Charlotte is wearing.  Looks like these kids don't need me.  They can put themselves to bed! :) Nice!

Oh Boy, the Big Boy Bed

We decided it was time for Tommy to have a big boy bed.  We bought the set a long time ago but we just finally put it together on our anniversary. 

(Who switches their kid to a big boy bed on their anniversary? We do!)

Andrew put the bed together and we showed it to Thomasaurus.  

 His reaction was seriously priceless.  He LOVED his new bed.  He was soooo excited.

 I wish I would have gotten it on video but he laid down in his bed and said, "Can I go swweep now?" Adorable.

We FINALLY switched to a video monitor.  I do not know how we survived so long without it!! Great picture huh? Reminds me of an ultrasound picture.  
Anyway, we wanted to have a video monitor so we can yell into the intercom, "Get back in bed!" if he tries to get out.

I went in and took a picture after he had fallen asleep.  He seems to enjoy his new bed and all the space!

Not much different than the last picture I took of him in his crib.

He is the king of weird sleeping positions, that's for sure.  

So one night down, many many more nights to go! Happy New Bed to the Big Boy Tommy T!
