It's Boo at the Zoo time!!
The kids were ready to don their costumes at the zoo and take part in all the fun activities.
We met up with Tommy's buddy Cooper and his brother Conner for some Halloween fun.
We also met up with Charlotte's bestie Lakynn and her family too.
The kids had a blast. It was mass chaos. Lots of screaming, running, dancing, and everything else.
The kids are obsessed with this tractor. It's a good thing that it's tough because they try to destroy it.
Smiling jumping action shot!
Once the darkness settled in and the sugar kicked in on high, we decided to pick our pumpkins and get the heck out of there.
The kids said their goodbyes. There were some tears but all in all it was a really fun night!
Plus we got this great family picture out of the deal. Tommy was in serious mode for this pic. Charlotte's one antenna somehow got a little wonky. Whoops! But that's what makes this picture so awesome. Can't wait to add it to the collection. :-)
2015 (but it only sort of counts since it was Cowtober and not Boo at the Zoo)

Cooper's Birthday
After Tommy had his birthday at the trampoline park, Cooper decided to have his fifth birthday there too! Yes! We get to go back! Tommy was excited!
The crew has a blast. Tommy is in blue, Charlotte is trying to keep up in the back and Cooper is in trampoline green! ;)
Charlotte was having trouble hanging with the big boys. But she had a GREAT time!
We all jumped in the foam pit again and came out covered in foam pieces, of course.
Hey it's the birthday boy!
Time to slide! WHEEEE!!!
Then it was birthday party time!
Everyone had delicious cupcakes. Tommy had oreos. He doesn't look happy but I promise you, he was keyed up about the oreos. I think he had about 17. HA!
Before we left, we had to pretend to play video games. Charlotte's still working on her grip.
Here's a quick video to show you the fun that was had. HI-larious!
It is such a heart warming thing to see Tommy develop friendships in his life and he picked an awesome friend in Cooper. He's a great kid. Happy birthday, Cooper!

It's Christmas Time!
Christmas was coming! Our wall was filling up with Christmas cards. Love seeing all the pictures!
Also it's not Christmas without "It's a Wonderful Life!"
Christmas morning Tommy got up to see the Christmas Magic!
Then it was time for family to come over.
Our house was clean! For a few minutes!
The basement was ready for shredding!
And shred they did!!
It was loud. We need to insulate something somehow. Wow. Awesome shredding being done though.
We opened our presents on Christmas Day for the #KeiperThornburgXmas and guess what my parents got all the RCHS graduates? State Champion T-shirts! Yay!
I had my mom go ahead and use the continuous shooting setting that snaps 10 shots and then told everyone to move. This equals the best gif ever!!
While the kids watched Shrek together...
We played Cards Against Humanity. The tagline for the game is "A Horrible Game for Horrible People."
This is true.
On Friday after Christmas we were all pretty tired. The only thing we had strength to do was put Charotte's hair in a tiny 80's record producer mullet-tail. Too funny and too cute. Look at how long it's getting!
Andrew went down to B-town to see some friends who were in town for Christmas.
You better twerk!
On Saturday I woke up to this. Charlotte had blueberries the night before. Great! She wasn't feeling good but we decided she was feeling well enough for Christmas number 2 with the Thornburgs!
Banjo came down from Chicago for Christmas. He had a great time!!
It was a real dog party! Banjo and new puppy Cooper had a GREAT time together! It was fun to watch them play.
Tommy and Charlotte aren't used to dogs so they were a little scared but they did fine. We had a lovely Christmas at Erin's. Good food, good dogs, good times! The kids got a LOAD of presents! They were so excited!!
Charlotte cashed out early and ended up sleeping the rest of the night. Poor babe was so tired. Look at her little belly! Just love it.
What a lovely week of Christmases! Merry Christmas everyone!
Also it's not Christmas without "It's a Wonderful Life!"
"Merry Christmas, you wonderful old Building and Loan!"
Christmas morning Tommy got up to see the Christmas Magic!
Yes I apologize right now. I ALWAYS forget to turn my phone. AAHH! Drives me nuts!

And shred they did!!
Again, this would have been way better sideways but you get what you get and you don't throw a fit. :)

Our living room was a complete disaster area after we were done opening presents.
