Growing

At just over 27 months, he's growing faster than we realize. We had to get him some new jammies. Rescue Truck Jammies! (Any truck is a rescue truck, thanks to Mickey)

It's nearly impossible to take pictures of him at the speed of light in which he moves. He's also started to get super silly before bedtime.

He giggles, laughs, plays, runs, hides under the bed, avoids bedtime at all costs. If it wasn't so funny, I think it might be frustrating. Oh Tommy T, you are a goob. My favorite goob in the whole wide world.

Darth Tommy

Tommy's "Aunt" Mandy bought him some super awesome jammies. I tried to get a picture of him all day because I'm not joking when I say this, he wore them all day. AND THEY WERE WHITE. Normally he gets so dirty at breakfast, he has to change. But not in these jams!

He slept in them the night before and basically just never took them off the next day. What a sleeping cutie.

He refused to take a nap during the day so he fell asleep in my lap about 5 o'clock. Poor kid was all off his schedule. Whoops.

So when he wasn't sleeping, he looked like this (even with the trail of dust behind him). ALL DAY. That kid can move. So the only in focus pictures I got were of him sleeping because that was the only time he wasn't running. So weird for a toddler right? :-)

Bears Jammies

Tommy got Bears Jammies from Aunt Cait for Christmas. Today he picked them out to wear for a lazy Sunday.

I asked if I could take his picture in his jammies and he expressed his displeasure.

For a long time. But OMG, look at that little Bear tail. Ridiculous!

He eventually gave up on throwing fits when I would try to take his picture. He grabbed some snacks out of the cabinet and chilled on the couch.

You caught me! Yes I caught you scarfing down snacks, little stink pot.

When we tried to put him down for a nap today, we took his hood off and laid him down. Andrew left the room and Tommy threw a fit. Andrew went back in and Tommy was sitting on the end of his bed. He had found his hood and put it back on his head. He REALLY must like these jammies!

The Many Outfits of Christmas Time

Tommy had several pairs of Christmas pajamas. I tried to remember to take a picture of them all but I did not succeed.

Adorable sleeper. Yeah, once I discovered I could take pictures of Tommy while he slept, there will be no end to the pictures I will take of him sleeping. :)
