Adventures in Dining

We love our screened in back porch so much.  We eat out there a lot.  Tommy always wants to eat out there even when the weather is bad.

Charlotte is a big fan too!

They both also love eating outside where ever else we can.  For example... Culvers!

Culvers is right by Target and we always end up there.  It's also Tommy's absolutely fave go-to place.  He is always asking for Culvers.  Yum chicken fingers! They are wayyyy better than Chickfila.

Hey Char Char, you have a little something on your nose.  ;)

Don't worry though.  We still go to Chickfila too.  I mean, come on.  They have a play place. You can't beat that!

It's Already Time for Another Haircut?

Tommy's hair and nails seem to grow incredibly fast.  Every time I turn around, we need to do something about one of those two things.
We went to visit Steph at the Hairman, of course, to keep things trim and neat. Tommy sat in the chair All By Himself this time.  He's getting so big!!!

Then we spent the next half an hour playing at the shop.

Tommy loved the "helmet chairs" and hopping on and off them.

After the hair cut, we lunched at Chickfila.  Yum yum! There were like 15 church buses full of kids when we went.  Tommy was a big hit with the teens.  They loved him!

Wanna see Steph's magic?? Look at the 'Before' mop! WOW! What an improvement from Shaggy to Sharp!

Big Weekend with the T-man

Andrew has been gone the last 3 weekends in a row for various reasons.  So Tommy and I decided a trip to the park and zoo was definitely necessary.  Since the last post was about Columbian Park, I decided to combine the pictures to save space.
He had an awesome time on the big kid playground equipment, playing in the water, and seeing the animals.

I randomly picked this outfit and it matched pretty much every piece of playground equipment which cracked me up.  His face when I told him we had to leave also cracked me up.  Those brows... love them.

After the park, we went to Chickfila for lunch.  He really loves this place.

The day was eventful (we went everywhere) but by the end of it, Tommy had enough.  He got a timeout.  I told him to go put himself in timeout.  He put himself in his duck in the middle of the living room facing away from me.  He sat there for a long time.  I told him when he was ready to apologize, he could get up.  He kept saying, "I'm not ready yet."  After like 10 minutes, he finally said, "Ok I'm ready" and he apologized.  So funny.
